Farmersí Market

On March 29 2013 Bexhill Farmersí Market Association opened its first weekly Farmersí Market in Devonshire Square. The market is open every Friday, from 8.30am to 2pm. The Town Team used some of the funds from the £10,000 awarded by the Government to purchase the stalls and related equipment. The £10,000 is held and managed on our behalf by Rother District Council. The Council's accounts are available on its web site.

Since then the market has continued to be open every week (except for three weeks at Christmas). We have now held over 315 markets. All produce is harvested, produced or grown locally within 30 miles.
