Be Social on Social Media


That was the message on our social media training sessions run by Bexhill's own Business Helpers in 2016. Here's what they did:

I know what a social media strategy is and how to implement it. Covering:

Goal – Audit – Platforms – Content – Editorial Calendar - Testing

I know about the different platforms, their main role and the core gender & age

I know about the content I should be posting and how to give value

I know how to use an editorial calendar to organise my social media content

I know how to measure my social media success, in line with my goal

I know how to increase engagement and reach on social media

I know how to schedule posts on Facebook and Twitter

I know how to find Facebook and Twitter analytics and why I should monitor them

I know how and why it’s important to watch my competitors

I know the importance of having a good reputation online and how to monitor it

I know how to help other local businesses using social media

I am keen to become a positive Bexhill Ambassador using social media

I have learnt some useful hints and tips that I didn’t already know
