Bexhill has an active community of cyclists, and is a great place for cyclists to visit. Take a look at the Bexhill Wheelers and Classic Cycle Group for local cycling information and events.

Read here about the Hastings to Bexhill section of the National Cycle Network Route 2 in the Guardian series Britainís Best Bike rides. The seafront path between the two towns is off-road. It is also pleasant to walk for adults and children and fun for children with scooters.

"October 2015 - Bexhill Wheelers and Classic Cycle Group are really excited that the Town Team and Rother District Council have placed more cycle stands around Town Centre. This gives the opportunity for cyclists to visit Town Centre and secure their machines safely. And here we are demonstrating that each cycle stand can support up to four cycles. This group of three stands can potentially save 12 cars from parking in the Town Centre.

To join us on our regular Thursday rides please meet at 10.30am in the De La Warr car park. For more details please call Geoff on 07973 128105 "
